"When I had to put my dad into a nursing facility I had no idea what I was doing or any siblings to help make decisions with. Deb Roidl was a Godsend. She was a liaison between the staff at the nursing home and myself and helped get issues dealt with that I was having difficulty with. She did the Medicaid application for me and even went to the hearing for me so I wouldn’t have to take time off work, which for me is a huge deal.

Anytime I was confused about what I should be doing or allowed to do versus what the home should be doing etc. I could contact her and she was always available. On more than one occasion she made phone calls and worked with the staff at the nursing home to help them better understand my father’s dementia.
